Between the seasonal menu, world-class wines, playful cocktails, and plenty of surprises, it was an unforgettable night filled with sunshine vibes—even as September approaches.

The Best End-of-Summer Dinner Menu Ideas 🍴

Our four-course tasting menu celebrated the flavors of the season with dishes you can easily recreate at home:

• Summer Charcuterie Board – prosciutto, melon, and mozzarella for the ultimate fresh starter.

• Loaded Corn Muffin – buttery, savory, and perfectly paired with wine. (click here for the recipe)

• Whipped Feta with Balsamic Strawberries – a bright, crowd-pleasing dip. And who doesn't love dip?

• BBQ Chicken Flatbread – smoky, saucy, and great for sharing.

No summer party is complete without amazing wines—and this year, we poured some truly special bottles:

• Dragon Langhe Bianco – From Luigi Baudana in Piedmont, Italy, this Chardonnay-based white blend was crisp, vibrant, and citrusy. A perfect warm-weather wine.

• Argyle Sparkling Rosé Brut – Refreshing, berry-driven, and celebratory. The perfect sparkling wine for toasts.
